Trademark Timeless 2013

Trademark Timeless

There are a million like myself.

If I were clever – smart enough

To start a trademark

For my generation

And the billion who would save the planet/

I’d create a product – say, a phone

Or other things one wants to own,

And call it Lifetime car, watch, pots, pans –

God knows what.  The list is infinite;

And market it.

One is tired of buying,

Leaning on, addicted to

The need for new

And modified.

“I think, therefore I am”

Oh, no, it’s worse than that. “I think,

Therefore I want.  I want

Therefore I am”.

Damned wish, damned want!

Descartian carillons chime for

Trademark timeless products,

Promising to last a lifetime,

Not to be updated ever.
