A Singer Looks At Song Titles 2013

A Singer Looks At Song Titles

(that tell her something)

I Can’t Give You Anything But Love:

A million songs – title

Identical:

Like: I Remember You,

Where Are You?

Don’t Blame Me

The Man I Love,

I’m Shooting’ High,

I Love You,

All The Things You Are

And finally,

Get Happy.

No copyright

(You cannot copyright a title)

And the list goes on…

This mood I’m in

Reminds me, speaks of God,

That tiny light.

Just reading song list to my right,

[there is] a mystic message

That relays the universal,

The condition human

And divine.

Personal and meaningless

To others

This is mine and mine alone.

Is it state of mind,

My current find,

A synchronicity,

My fav’rite kind of proof

To which I constantly, consistently revisit;

Sign of my own

That there is something mystical,

That talks to me when least expected;

Talks to me when I’m receptive,

Just because I am.

Personal and meaningless

To others

This is mine and mine alone.
