 Morning’s Minute Meditation

I send my heart this morn
Not emotion borne
But with the intellect,
For I suspect
It is okay to
Think one way,
And not emote,
For one connects,
Using techniques –
Each with a modus operandi.
Not to worry how it’s done;
Each bit is heeded
