I seem to, more and more
See both sides of the question(s).
More and more, the philosophical, the mystical, the social;
Plain old brain in second place
Pain and beauty taking first.
Tears take space;
Sensitivity not there before.
Value & appreciation on the surface
Coming through the common senses.
Acceptance of man’s nature more accessible.
Nature’s nature too.
What to do?
Follow mine, of course,
Whatever destiny propels my way.
Whatever can one do or say?
Accept – which welcoming is hardest.
Yes, acceptance is the smartest.
Theories, philosophies
Backbone of the human race,
All true on basic levels,
There for each to use, construe
According to
One’s disapproval or approval,
Cavilling or unraveling.
Not a fan of ‘good and evil’
But ‘survival’ and its opposite;
Virtue, with its benefits
Vis á vis the vices with their detriments.
I, rational and yet
It doesn’t seem enough…not quite.
Hope, trust, kindness
seem the best
Of all wisdom’s reactions worth the ruminating,
Contemplating,
Meditating and deliberating
After all – in the All.
